Digital Imagery
For this moving image I decided to do a petal falling off from the rose. I used coloured chalk for this project, but the order of the picture got mixed up in this.
For this moving image I used photoshop to make the little person and with 10 images I put them all together to make a short gif.
Now this is my first stop motion I have made. This process took me 3 days to get 600 frames to make this short story.
Basically this was a story about a unicorn walking around the forest one day. Then a wicked witch appears and confesses that she was jealous of the unicorns beauty, perfroming a spell she takes away the unicorns horn. After the wicked witch disappears the unicorn walk over to the small pond and glances down at it reflection, crying. Then along come the good witch riding in on a pegaus, talking to the unicorn she gives the unicorn its horn back then leaves. The unicorn becomes happy again and gallops away.
Now some tips to remeber when making a stop motion animation,
Tip #1 - For each frame remember to use small changes to make the video smother and less choppy.
Tip #2 - Remember to move the people or aminals that are in the backgroup while you make the main chacters move, this makes things look more realistic.
Tip #3 - Lastly remember, the light you use when you start should be the same throughout a whole scene, unless it is apart of your scene.
